Full house rules

Residential Apartment CHECK-IN: Every day, from 1 January to 31 December, between 15:00 and 22:00. CHECK-OUT: By 10:00. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE: This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NOISE: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during siesta hours and at night. OCCUPANCY: Only the guests included in the confirmed booking may stay overnight at the property. Any additional overnight guests require prior approval from Rincón Rent. Unauthorised occupancy may result in early termination of the stay, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law. PARTIES / EVENTS: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. PETS: Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved by Rincón Rent before arrival. Please report any existing damage, cleaning issues or defects to Rincón Rent within 24 hours of arrival. Any issues arising during your stay must be reported promptly. Additional House Rules WASTE DISPOSAL: Please dispose of rubbish in the designated community bins on the street. Do not leave rubbish bags outside the property overnight, as they may attract animals and pests. COMMUNAL AREAS / POOL: Please observe all community rules, including pool opening hours. Always shower before entering the pool. TOWELS: Do not hang towels over balcony walls or railings.
